But the masses don't have a clue about that. They only know things that are reported in USA Today or cable news programs. And so they think the big uproar we're all witnessing right now has to do with the fact that the National Security Agency (NSA) has been secretly and illegally collecting the private phone records of tens of millions of Americans who have done nothing wrong and who are accused of no crime.
If you're surprised by any of this, let me be blunt: You're a little slow. Did you really think the secret spying activities of this government would be limited only to terrorists? Fascist governments find it much easier to simply spy on everyone, then kidnap, interrogate and torture whomever they wish. And make no mistake, the United States government today, as it exists under the Bush Administration, behaves as a fascist government.
This is a feat that must have been performed by the hand of Allah, because it certainly couldn't have been caused by a couple of office fires. Remember, this is the building that was not hit by airplanes. Yet it suddenly, and without explanation, collapsed in perfect symmetry that can only be legitimately explained with demolition charges. In fact, Larry Silverstein (the lease holder of the World Trade Center) is on tape saying, quite bluntly, that they "made that decision to pull it" to drop the building. That's industry speak for setting off demolition charges. Don't believe me? See it yourself at Google Video.
And before you whip out that well-worn conspiracy theory accusation card that was imprinted onto your brain by the mass media, clear your head for a minute and think about this: The real conspiracy theory is the one that says we still live in a free nation, where our privacy is protected by the Constitution, where we cannot be searched without a warrant, where prisoners of war are protected under the Geneva Convention, where we are not being spied upon by our own government, and where the power of the executive branch of government (the President, namely) is held in check by the legislative branch (the Congress). That's the real conspiracy theory, because anybody who believes all that must be a complete whack job.
And if you believe that a few small office fires can cause the sudden collapse of a massive steel building, then you're a total conspiracy nut. No steel building in the history of architecture has ever collapsed from internal fires. That is, until 9-11, if you believe the official explanation. But if fire is this good at neatly demolishing massive steel structures into tightly contained piles, then I'm going to get into the fire demolition business! I could make a fortune being hired as a demolitions contractor, because all I would have to do is set a couple of small fires in the building scheduled for demolition, then walk away and wait for it to collapse straight down in perfect symmetry. No explosives needed!
Think about it: If fire is so good at bringing down steel buildings, then why do demolitions companies use explosives at all? Why don't they just start a couple of fires and walk away?
The answer, as any competent fireman will tell you, is that office fires don't melt steel. In fact, they won't even burn that piece of aluminum foil protecting last week's ham sandwich in your refrigerator. But don't let me confuse anyone with reality... or physics... or clear thinking. We've got to get back to the propaganda pronto!
Stupidity is not merely a state of knowing very little. It is more a state of knowing lots of false things because you blindly accepted them from "authoritative" information sources without exercising even a hint of skeptical thinking or common sense. Americans have forgotten how to ask skeptical questions anymore. Questions like: Why are we not arresting the criminals who have been conducted illegal spying operations on us? How did the Boeing 737 that crashed into the Pentagon on 9-11 suddenly vanish into thin air after colliding with the building? Where is the luggage? The body parts? The black box recorders? Landing gear? Pieces of the steel frames from the seats?
How did one terrorist's U.S. passport survive the WTC fires that we are told were hot enough to melt steel and collapse the twin towers? Why is the U.S. firing depleted uranium shells into civilian structures in Iraq? Why did our President take us to war with Iraq when, according to the Constitution, only Congress can declare an act of war? How did the passengers of flight 93 supposedly make all those cell phone calls when in-flight cell phone technology was only introduced in 2003, two years after the 9-11 events? Why are we at war with Iraq when 9-11 was supposed to have been carried out by terrorists from Afghanistan? Why doesn't the mainstream press ask tough questions anymore? Helen Thomas does, but she's old school.
And, more importantly, why are the American sheeple taking all this? Why isn't there marching in the streets and massive protests? Part of that may be because free speech has now been made illegal. Protestors must limit their protesting to so-called "free speech zones," and stepping foot outside such zones will get you arrested. That's all the more reason to protest, of course. Not that anyone is paying attention, because they're all too drugged out on antidepressants and statin drugs to think clearly anymore.
They were scammed by the dot-com fiasco, and lost a small fortune after being told (by practically everyone in the media) they were going to retire rich if they just mortgaged their homes and invested in dot-com stocks.
They now think they're going to earn back that small fortune on their skyrocketing home equity, but once again, they will soon be conned as the housing bubble pops and housing prices plummet back to reality.
They believed President Bush when he said Iraq had weapons of mass destruction (a claim which we now know was based on false evidence), but they still think the war in Iraq is justified "because we're already there. Might as well finish the job!" It's a war, folks, not a job.
They also believed Bush when he said taking over Iraq would keep gas prices low. Anybody checked the prices at the pump lately?
They thought the government was going to "fight terrorism," and now they're astonished to find out that it's actually terrorizing citizens with secret surveillance programs.
They bought the official 9-11 explanation hook, line and sinker, and they're terrified of asking common sense questions that might challenge the official explanations. For example, why doesn't the FBI release the dozens of confiscated video tapes of the Boeing 737 hitting the Pentagon? (Answer: Because it wasn't a Boeing 737, of course. If it was, you'd see the video repeated a thousand times on Fox News, just to drive it into the feeble brains of the masses.)
And now they're standing on the sidelines while the NSA conducts widespread domestic spying operations that, if they had been enacted under the Clinton administration, would have had Republican patriots marching the streets with pitchforks and shotguns.
Who knows what else the American sheeple have in store in the near future. Suppose another terrorism event just happens to take place on U.S. soil... a big one, like a dirty bomb in a football stadium. In response, desperate Americans would gladly surrender any last remnants of freedom or privacy and submit to a totalitarian government out of pure fear (which can be easily marketed to the public via the controlled mass media). And as we've seen with 9-11, Americans will buy almost any explanation for what happened, regardless of whether it makes any sense or stands up to real scrutiny. The government, which can't seem to do anything on time, always manages to be ultra-speedy when it comes to cleaning up bombing rubble, thereby destroying the evidence and making it impossible for independent inspectors to analyze what really happened.
The point is, every person who is astonished at this recent discovery of the NSA spying on our phone calls is a fool. They've been scammed by their government, time and time again, and they keep begging for more. Just wait until financial reality hits the fan around here. When the U.S. dollars gets dumped by Asian nations, and the government hyperinflates the currency in order to pay off its massive debt (which continues to multiply, by the way), the life savings of practically everyone in America will plummet in value. Sure, you'll still have the same number of dollars in your bank account, they just won't be worth anything. (Review Germany following World War I...)
They'll all be astonished at that, too. "How could this happen... HERE?" But it's no surprise to thinking people. In fact, the eventual collapse of the U.S. dollar isn't conjecture, or a psychic prediction, or even a conspiracy theory. It's just basic math. Do the math and you'll clearly see the inevitable outcome. Do the math on 9-11, too, and you'll see what really happened there. Math leads to physics, you see, and the laws of physics say a lot about what happened (and didn't happen) on 9-11.
But that, of course, assumes people actually understand physics, which they generally don't. I've seen grownups who couldn't keep a second scoop of ice cream on top of the cone because they just didn't grasp the concept of center of gravity. It's amazing how blobs of ice cream accelerate towards the mass of the planet just like stockbrokers leaping from tall buildings following every stock market crash in history. Who could have known?
But don't take my word for it. Do the math yourself. Don't let someone else tell you what the answers are, work the word problems yourself and arrive at your own conclusion.
Aw, heck, what am I thinking? They don't teach real math in the schools around here anymore. I've seen high school graduates who can't calculate a ten percent discount with a calculator! (I'm not joking.) To expect them to understand the physics of steel buildings, or the Bill of Rights, or even the difference between the budget deficit and the national debt is nothing short of expecting a miracle. We'd sooner be visited by aliens that look like walking lizard people than have the American masses understand anything at all about what's really going on in the world around them.
And let's face it, if you're the kind of person who reads this site, you probably not only agree with most of this, you're also a critical thinker who's far more intelligent than the masses. We need more of you in this world, so be sure to stick around and keep your brain sharp. Don't dull it with prescription drugs or television. Play soduko if you have to, and keep taking those brain-boosting vitamins, minerals and healthy oils. You're going to need some ultra-clear thinking to see through the lies and propaganda headed our way in the next year or two. Trust me on this one. It's only going to get crazier for a while.
